We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join the ERP Project's Change Management Team on a two-year contract as a training coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The training coordinator will support the activities of the ERP Project's training team. Such as,

Materials and document maintenance

  • Review, format, maintain and update training materials and templates
  • Upload, review and maintain training resources on the project's stakeholder intranet site
  • Review, track, maintain and update job aids
  • Edit training videos
  • Maintain brand standards and continuity
  • Uphold quality of training materials, in both official languages.

Event coordination and support

  • Organize logistics of training activities. This may include:
    • booking on-line or in-person venues
    • confirming participants,
    • tracking attendance
    • developing and sending invitations, and
    • preparing materials for participants.

Additional responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain training inbox
  • Moderate virtual or in-person training sessions
  • Other related training responsibilities, as required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates should have:

  • High School diploma or GED, supplemented by a one-year related post?secondary diploma, and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability on your application.
