Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Location: Moncton, NB

Job Type : Full Time-Permanent

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Wage: $20.00-$21.00/hour

We're seeking a meticulous and proactive administrator to support our client's HR team's daily operations. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance, while helping foster positive employee experience. It's a fantastic entry level opportunity to dive into HR, learn quickly, and build a strong foundation.

What you will do:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team (e.g., scheduling, correspondence)
  • Help with recruitment: post job ads, schedule interviews, assist with background/reference checks
  • Coordinate payroll by assisting the payroll team
  • Coordinate onboarding: prepare paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, maintain compliance
  • Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records in HR systems
  • Serve as first point of contact for basic HR inquiries and support
  • Other duties as assigned

About You :

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in administration or customer service/sales related roles is a plus
  • Discreet with confidential information, proactive, and eager to lea rn
  • Must have personal vehicle to reliably commute
  • Clean record required
