Job Title: Administration Coordinator
Location: Moncton, NB
Job Type : Full Time-Permanent
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Wage: $20.00-$21.00/hour
We're seeking a meticulous and proactive administrator to support our client's HR team's daily operations. This role will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance, while helping foster positive employee experience. It's a fantastic entry level opportunity to dive into HR, learn quickly, and build a strong foundation.
What you will do:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team (e.g., scheduling, correspondence)
- Help with recruitment: post job ads, schedule interviews, assist with background/reference checks
- Coordinate payroll by assisting the payroll team
- Coordinate onboarding: prepare paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, maintain compliance
- Maintain and update accurate, confidential employee records in HR systems
- Serve as first point of contact for basic HR inquiries and support
- Other duties as assigned
About You :
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience in administration or customer service/sales related roles is a plus
- Discreet with confidential information, proactive, and eager to lea rn
- Must have personal vehicle to reliably commute
- Clean record required
