What You'll Do

Prepare and finalize real estate final reports with accuracy and speed.

Stay on top of undertakings to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Open, organize, and maintain client and transaction files.

Conduct bank runs and handle deposits/pickups with professionalism.

Assist with all the moving parts of real estate closings, from start to finish.

What You Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in real estate law (residential and/or commercial).

Solid understanding of the full real estate transaction process.

Proficiency with legal software and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) - preferred.

The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.

Access to a vehicle is an asset (for bank runs).
