Job Title : Office Clerk
Salary: $24.72-$27.47/Hour
Hours : 8:00 am - 5 :00pm
Location : Baie D'Urfe , Qc
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering customer orders, preparing quotes, handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, and providing general customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Must be Bilingual
Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter customer orders into the company system
- Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely manner
- Respond to customer emails professionally and efficiently
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist with general office duties and administrative tasks as required
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy
Requirements :
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
