In this role, you'll serve as a program execution force multiplier across cross-functional R&D and scale-up teams. You will bring order to complexity, helping define and track deliverables, drive prioritization, align stakeholders, and escalate blockers. This role is both tactical and strategic: you'll facilitate execution on the ground while helping technical leadership drive programs that meet Rayleigh's commercial and product goals.

What You Bring

Program Management Expertise

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management in a high-growth, hardware or advanced manufacturing company. Experience in solar, batteries, semiconductors, or robotics is a strong plus.

Technical Fluency

• Background in engineering, applied physics, materials science, or equivalent. You understand technical conversations and can help teams prioritize work based on both technical and strategic context.

Execution Excellence

• Demonstrated ability to drive execution across multiple teams and programs simultaneously. You know how to get things done and make the trains run on time without being heavy-handed.

Organizational Systems Thinking

• Deep comfort with ambiguity and complexity. You can connect technical details to program goals, uncover hidden blockers, and guide teams toward clarity.

Communication & Influence

• Excellent communicator, facilitator, and listener. You bring structure to chaos, make sure issues don't fester, and lead with curiosity, not ego.
