Key Responsibilities

· Proactively seek new business by identifying and targeting potential customers through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and in-person visits.

· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate products or solutions.

· Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations, both virtually and onsite.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within established guidelines, striving for win-win outcomes.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client projects.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using ASANA software.

· Represent the company at trade shows, community events, and networking functions, acting as an ambassador for our brand.

· Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualifications and Skills

· 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.

·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.

·Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

·Comfort with technology, including CRM platforms, email, and video conferencing tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

·Knowledge of Dartmouth and the Nova Scotia market is a strong asset.

· Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and self-improvement.
