We're seeking a motivated, seasoned Site Superintendent / Site Supervisor who can oversee day-to-day site operations in Nova Scotia and across other Maritime provinces. • Must be based in Halifax region and willing and able to travel regularly across the Maritimes to support projects in multiple locations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required as a Site Superintendent in the Halifax region.
• Proven understanding of all phases of commercial construction and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and on-site reporting.
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
