Position Overview:
We are looking for an Association Admin to provide essential support to our Association clients. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and exceptional service delivery for association members.
This position is located at our office located at 220 Whiting Rd, Fredericton, NB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service & Reception: Welcome clients, process payments, and assist with basic troubleshooting.
- Administrative Support: Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual tasks such as scheduling, printing, mailing, filing, and preparing agendas, reports, and certificates.
- Member Services: Respond to phone and email inquiries, providing helpful and timely support.
- Membership Management: Maintain and update member records, process renewals and invoices, and work within the membership database.
- Communications: Draft and send newsletters, updates, and official notices through the member portal.
- Application & Complaint Handling: Process incoming applications and complaints with accuracy and professionalism.
- Exam Monitoring: Greet candidates, review procedures, and oversee exam sessions.
- Team Support: Assist the Association Manager and clients with general tasks to help keep things running smoothly.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or membership software is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
