Driver Recruiter - Montreal Office
Advantage Personnel Ltd., a leading Canadian staffing agency since 1986, is seeking a dynamic Driver Recruiter for our Montreal office. Join our team to connect top driver talent with our key contract accounts and drive client satisfaction.
Role Overview: As a Driver Recruiter, you will be the primary point of contact for key contract accounts, ensuring their staffing needs are met through proactive recruitment, workforce scheduling, and exceptional client service. You will visit client sites daily or as needed to coach, mentor, and liaise, while collaborating with our Montreal team to deliver results. Full bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Pay Range : $60,000.00 - $65,000.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for key contract accounts, visiting client sites to assess and fulfill staffing needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and place qualified drivers.
- Manage workforce scheduling for client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate placements.
- Collaborate with team members to screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job orders in our database.
- Build strong client relationships to promote additional placements and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and provincial/federal regulations (e.g., Employment Standards Act, Workers Compensation).

Requirements:
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client site visits.
- Comfort with daily client visits and occasional evening, weekend, or travel commitments for job fairs.
- Proficiency with desktop computers and company applications.
- Experience in recruitment, client relationship management, or workforce scheduling is an asset.
- 2 Years minimum experience with Class 1 License.
Work Conditions:
- Mix of office work and on-site client visits in Montreal.
- Occasional evening, weekend, or travel requirements.
- Governed by Provincial Employment Standards Act.
- Overtime may be required.
