Service New Brunswick Quality Assurance Specialist In-Service Competition R85-2025/26-302 Pay Band 5 12 month Opportunity Flexible Work Location within New Brunswick Service New Brunswick is seeking an energetic and positive individual to join the Property Assessment Services (PAS) Branch as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist who is a subject matter expert that supports and encourages quality assurance as part of the culture of Property Assessment Services. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will support and promote a Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement program that not only safeguards service quality and ensures that property assessments are consistent with industry standards and compliant with applicable legislation, policies and procedures but also supports a culture of quality. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: A university degree in Business Administration or a related field, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance field and/or auditing. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001:2015), document control, and document management.
