Now, we are thrilled to partner with Cresco as we look to bring a Manager of Finance to their dedicated team in Bedford!
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Manager of Finance is responsible for the financial reporting of multiple entities, segments, and day-to-day cash management, budgeting & forecasting, along with assisting with implementation of the companies' strategic initiatives and growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Prepare various month-end and quarter-end reports for multiple companies.
- Assist with regular internal reporting to the management team.
- Manage regular reporting to our Partners.
- Prepare consolidated monthly cash flow forecasts to provide management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- Manage construction credit facilities and the preparation of the monthly cash flow forecasts for our Partners and Associate builders and communicate cash flow requirements in a timely manner.
- Manage banking relationships to ensure continual support for the company's financial requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of year-end files for external accountants and respond to requests as required.
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders for annual budgeting and business planning.
- Manage corporate credit card function.
- Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
- Support and work with the finance team to initiate new financial processes and process improvements across Cresco's organization.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- CPA designation.
- 5+ years of experience in progressive finance roles.
- Previous experience in a high-volume or multi-entity environment.
- Advanced and proven abilities in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Sage Intacct or other ERP systems will be considered an asset.
- Experience in a construction/real estate environment will be considered an asset.
