Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: St John's NL

Rate of Pay: $22 hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (½ hour lunch)

Dress Code: Casual

Job Description:

Advantage Personnel is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Front Counter Person. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering excellent service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Handle payments and take customer orders
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries
• Direct calls and perform general administrative duties such as filing
• Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in building supplies or construction is a strong asset
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Criminal background check
