Job Title: Licensed Millwright

Location: Cornwall, ON

Hourly Pay: $37.53/hr

Work Hours: 7AM-3PM Monday-Friday

Are you a skilled Millwright with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Mechanic Millwright. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Repair or replace mechanical components such as pumps, motors, and agitators.
• Assist with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and instrumentation systems as needed.
• Carry out welding, pipefitting, and equipment installations when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurately document maintenance activities using SAP.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members in maintenance procedures and equipment use.

Qualifications:

• Valid 433A/Red Seal Industrial Millwright Certification.
• Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
• Welding (stick/TIG) and pipefitting experience considered an asset.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical schematics.
• Physically capable of working in various environments, including elevated areas.
