About the Role
As a full-time instructor, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality theory instruction to students in the Primary Care Paramedic Program. Working in a 1:15 instructor-to-student ratio, you'll foster learning that integrates practical skills with clinical understanding.
Beyond the classroom, you will collaborate with fellow faculty and program coordinators to enhance the curriculum, ensure student readiness for clinical placements, and contribute to the evolution of paramedic education across the province.

This role is more than teaching-it's about shaping. As Keyin College prepares to expand their paramedic training programs across the Island, you'll play a key part in building a strong, consistent learning model that serves communities throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.
What you will bring
- Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) or Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) with active registration in Newfoundland and Labrador
- A minimum of six years of combined education and relevant work experience in this field.
- Teaching or preceptorship experience in a clinical or educational setting (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and instructional skills
- Passion for education, mentorship, and program development
