The RecordsClerk provides support to the Workers Safety and Compensation Commission(WSCC) offices by assisting in the management of recorded information to ensureit is organized efficiently and effectively in accordance with the Governmentof the Northwest Territories (GNWT) legislation and WSCC policies andprocedures. The incumbent assists tomaintain all records of the WSCCs actions and decisions secure and keptconfidential for legal, fiscal, operational and historical purposes.

- Assistingwith proper management of information assets throughout the WSCC.
- Assistingin the quality control of WSCC records.
- Providinginformation retrieval services.
- Providinginformation management asset migration via digitization and ECMS.
What youbring to the role:
- Completion of a high schooldiploma, with one year of related work experience in a government setting. Theincumbent will be required to take applicable records management trainingopportunities.
