As part of the Supply Chain Operations team, the role provides analytical support to Supply Chain personnel to ensure timely recurring and ad-hoc reporting on process efficiency and effectiveness to ensure customer needs and legislative/policy requirements are met, while balancing costs. Additionally, the Business Analyst provides recurring and analytical support to identify process improvement opportunities.

Key functions include:
• Requirements gathering, data mining and analysis to support ad-hoc reporting used to make significant business decisions.
• Data mining and analysis to support pre-established recurring reporting tied to process performance, financial, executive and audit requirements. Also includes the development of new recurring reports as necessary.
• Support data system integration and enhancements, and data clean up as required.

Our ideal teammate will have:
• University Degree in Business Administration
• Five years of progressively responsible experience analyzing and presenting data, mining data and gathering requirements
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel focused on the use of spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, macros, graphs and charts
• Experience using SAP/BI and/or similar data warehouse systems
• Experience using SharePoint or Microsoft office
• High attention to detail and critical analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.

An Eligibility List generated from this competition may be used to fill future vacancies at the same level within a period of up to 12 months.
