What You'll Do:

• Provide expert medication counselling and support patient adherence.
• Accurately dispense prescriptions and ensure compliance with provincial regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
• Conduct medication reviews and offer tailored patient care solutions.
• Administer vaccinations and deliver pharmacist-led healthcare services.
• Maintain patient records and uphold pharmacy best practices.

Qualifications and Key Competencies:

• Licensed Pharmacist in New Brunswick (or eligible for licensure).
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.
• Proven experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Commitment to patient care and customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Experience with pharmacy software is an asset.
