Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team, focusing on staff augmentation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of aligning top-tier candidates with client needs, nurturing strong relationships with resources, and contributing to the strategic development of our staffing practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, leverage your sales expertise, and make a significant impact on our organization's success within the competitive talent acquisition landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staff augmentation market, employing strategic prospecting techniques and relationship-building methodologies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored staffing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients, employing consultative selling approaches to identify key technical skills, project requirements, and cultural fit considerations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, working with the actual sales team, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and innovative approaches to maximize revenue generation and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a deep understanding of candidate profiles, skill sets, and career aspirations, facilitating optimal alignment with client requirements.
  • Consistently follow up with resources, providing ongoing support, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their seamless integration into client projects, fostering long-term satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our staffing practice, identifying areas for improvement, implementing best practices, and staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
Critical Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience of at least five years in IT staff augmentation sales, showcasing a proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and build a robust client portfolio.
  • Extensive knowledge of the IT staffing landscape, including various technology stacks, emerging industry trends, enabling effective candidate matching.
  • Experience in selling niche technical skills, such as Networking, Data center, Collaboration platform, catering to specialized client needs and emerging technology trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of various technologies and technical roles, enabling you to effectively assess candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate client opportunities.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, demonstrating a strong drive for results and a commitment to success is imperative.
  • Proven ability to present qualified candidates to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their strengths and demonstrating their suitability for the role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing trends, market rates, and competitive landscape is also required.
  • Experience in developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our staff augmentation services.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, bridging the gap between candidate expertise and client needs.
  • In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada.
