As a Digital Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in transforming our platform vision into actionable, player-focused solutions. You'll work closely with Platform Managers, UX Designers, and Delivery Teams to bring our digital experiences to life-delighting players and driving growth across our channels.

Work Location & Flexibility
- Location: Moncton, NB (preferred), Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL
- Onboarding: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months (Moncton preferred)
- After Probation: Choose to stay in-office or switch to a hybrid model (2-3 days/week in-office)
Salary & Application Details
- Salary Band: $58,296 - $87,444
- Estimated range for this role: $62,000 - $75,000, based on experience, skills, and internal equity

Champion the Player Experience: Define features and support product development with cross-functional teams
Turn Insights into Action: Translate player needs into user stories and requirements
Drive Strategy: Help execute our product vision and roadmap aligned with corporate goals
Assess Value: Prioritize features and backlog items based on business impact
Optimize Continuously: Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
Lead & Collaborate: Be a passionate advocate for our digital platforms and build strong relationships across teams
Education and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field
- 2+ years in marketing, product, or a similar role
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Understanding of information systems and/or web/eCommerce sites.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada and be 19 years of age or older to apply .
Professional Skills:
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Able to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Experience with product roadmaps, user stories, and backlog management
Assets:
- Experience with digital performance metrics and reporting
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of funding, verification, or fraud control systems
- Tools like JIRA, UX software, or WCMS
- Background in gaming or gambling industries
- Experience as a Product Owner on mobile or web teams
