Job Title: Warehouse Associate - General Labour

Location: Richmond Hill, ON (near Leslie St & 16th Ave)

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Position Overview

We're hiring warehouse associates to support daily operations at a busy Richmond Hill distribution centre specializing in apparel and promotional merchandise. This is a full-time, active role that involves physical work and attention to detail throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and organize boxes from pick carts
• Prepare cartons by folding, taping, and placing them on conveyor lines
• Lift, sort, and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
• Remove empty cartons and packaging, keeping areas clean and clear
• Perform general warehouse cleaning and sweeping duties
• Follow directions from supervisors and support team operations

Requirements

• Able to lift 15-40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Basic English reading and communication skills
• Must be dependable and able to take direction well

Work Conditions

This is a hands-on role in a warehouse environment with regular lifting, standing, and movement. PPE must be worn as required.
