Your role is all about listening, guiding and building trust. You'll work closely with each guest to understand their needs and help match them with the right vehicle, all while creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Help Customers Find the Right Fit – Listen, guide, and offer vehicle options that match each customer's needs and lifestyle
Make Every Visit Memorable – Share your knowledge, answer questions, and make the buying experience easy and enjoyable
Support from Start to Finish – Coordinate test drives, walk customers through the purchase process, and ensure smooth vehicle handovers
Be a Team Player – Work closely with sales, finance, service, and management to deliver a standout experience every time
A Passion for People and Cars – You're excited about vehicles and even more excited to help people find theirs
Customer Service or Sales Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role, with a focus on building trust
Approachable & Positive – You bring great energy, professionalism, and make a strong first impression
Strong Communicator – Clear and confident when speaking in person, over the phone or online
Organized and Driven – You stay on top of tasks and take initiative without being asked
Collaborative Mindset – You enjoy working with others and contributing to a supportive team environment
Valid Driver's License – So you can get behind the wheel when your customer is ready to
