Hours per week: Flexible (around 20 hours)

Placement Duration: September – December 2025

Department: Social Development (SD)

Placement Description: The Change Management Student will assist the Change Manager with developing change management and communication plans for eight priority projects, assisting with developing messaging, surveying participants for clarity and understanding, updating change management progress, and assisting with reporting progress to leadership.

This role offers an opportunity for skills development and hands-on experience.

Need to have:

• Language requirement: Bilingual or English
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Communication/Writing
• Organizational Skills

Nice to have: Able to do some project planning and analyzing/summarizing survey results.
