RevTalent is partnered with Bathfitter to recruit for a Commercial Territory Sales Consultant covering the Maritime provinces. This is an excellent opportunity to drive awareness and sales for Commercial clients for a great National brand.
- Maintain relationships with customers across Atlantic Canada - from initial appointment to post-install.
- Provide excellent customer service, and provide the customer with all information needed to make a purchasing decision.
- Accurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists and forms.
- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and follow up to ensure that all questions have been answered.
- Meet or exceed closing sales objectives by responding to inbound leads and generating leads for new business by cold calling.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Attend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions.
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education.
- Territory management, In-home sales, or consultative sales experience
- Ability to travel throughout the Maritime Provinces, including overnight travel.
- Ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
- Valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- There is a $40,000 base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings at $80,000
- The package would include the use of a company vehicle.
