About the Role
We are currently seeking a mental health therapist, registered as either an MSW or LCT, to provide individual therapy across the lifespan; we see children, adolescents, and adults, and offer parent and caregiver consultation services.
Our focus is on evidence-based therapy to support young people and their families with a range of concerns including developmental disabilities (including autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), learning disorders, and intellectual disabilities), mood and anxiety disorders, and emotion regulation difficulties.
This position will be based in-person at our downtown practice, with flexibility to work from home on occasion and offer virtual sessions.

Qualifications required:
· A Master's degree and registration with the New Brunswick Association of Social Workers or the College of Licenced Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick. Applicants requiring supervision for licensure will also be considered.
· Experience providing counselling or psychotherapy to children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/guardians.
· Training in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as ACT, DBT, CBT
· Commitment to providing services that are trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and gender inclusive.
· Knowledge of community resources to make appropriate referrals
Anticipated Start Date: August 15th, 2025, but this is flexible
Type: Full-time or part-time (flexible)
Salary: Commensurate with experience and licensure, ranging from $80-$105/hour, CPP/EI matching, and vacation pay.
