We are seeking a Manager – Change Management for our Workforce Advisory group within our People Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities
Provides change management leadership for clients undergoing large-scale transformations (e.g. restructuring, strategic realignment or technology implementations). Oversees change management workstreams responsible for end-to-end change management activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, leadership alignment, communication, training and other readiness activities. Acts as both a strategic advisor and a 'doer' of change, ensuring fit-for-purpose change strategies are defined and operationalized on the ground.
Client Delivery
- Lead change management projects and/or large change management workstreams, from planning through implementation – including managing project resources and budgets effectively and identifying and effectively managing and mitigating risks and issues.
- Demonstrate technical competence in change management, across various change types and transformation projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, project team and EY's internal teams to deliver solutions and solve client challenges
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members and promote an inclusive working environment.
- Lead self and/or team in the creation of well-structured, high-quality deliverables that demonstrate attention to detail, critical thinking, and practicality, while aligning with client needs, context, and audiences.
- Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients; mentor teams in building similar connections and strong relationships with clients.
Business Development
- Lead the development of proposals and sales materials to support business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities by understanding EY's service offerings and proactively driving on-sell and expansion opportunities for WFA and/or across business lines.
- Proactively support on-selling, through excellent delivery, on-going relationships with clients and shaping next steps or future work.
- Develop long-term client relationships and networks, fostering deep connections with clients and other EY team members across all practices.
Practice Development
- Lead practice development and service offering initiatives, inclusive of team leadership, project management, and execution.
- Responsible for supporting the development of our People Consulting practice by enhancing change management methodologies, driving the creation of related intellectual property, and developing go-to-market materials for the Organizational Change Management service offering.
- Play an active role in recruitment efforts, including referrals, events, interviews, etc. to bring the best talent to the team.
- Stay up to date on latest industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and bringing best practice to clients.

Technical skills for success:
- Strong knowledge and application of relevant change frameworks like ADKAR and Kotter's 8-Step Process.
- Exceptional skills using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) to create documents, analyze data, develop presentations, and manage communications effectively.
- Ability to analyze data related to change initiatives and employee feedback.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles to develop effective training programs.
- Skills in identifying and managing stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Intermediate proficiency in proposal writing, project management, risk and budget management

- Strong leadership skills, through experience leading teams or managing staff on projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including storytelling, adapting messaging and style to suit the needs of different audiences. To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 6-8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5-7 years of related work experience
- At least 3 years of professional service experience, with a global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy in which you gained exposure to large-scale project.
- Experience leading engagements in one or more of the following functional domains – supply chain, IT, finance, customer, sales & marketing. Should have worked in large multi-disciplinary teams as part of functional and enterprise-wide transformation engagement.
- Progressive experience leading change management teams throughout large, complex transformations
- PROSCI or other industry standard change managements certification considered an asset
- An understanding of the opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Government, Telecommunications, Power &
- Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment, Retail, Mining & Metals, etc.).
- A proven track record in managing and analysing large datasets and using analytics in project execution. Deep expertise in working with and engaging clients in discussions around the use of digital assets in the delivery of org. design projects.
- Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life-cycle of assessment, design and implementation support
- The willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $110,000 to $165,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
