We are seeking a reliable and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscape and sod installation projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a solid background in landscape construction. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead landscape crews on-site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
• Plan and organize work schedules, tools, and materials for each project
• Ensure work is completed to high standards and within project timelines
• Interpret landscape drawings and implement installation plans accurately
• Train, support, and mentor team members to ensure safety and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
• Conduct site inspections to monitor quality and progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping or sod installation, with at least 1 year of crew supervision
• Solid knowledge of landscape construction, grading, and turf installation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods
