Labrador- Grenfell zone is seeking Student Health Interns to participate in Health-related projects for a summer work placement.
Qualifications:
? Applicants will have successfully completed a minimum of a two-year post-secondary education program. Applicants who are currently enrolled in a recognized Educational Institution will also be considered.
? Ability to work both collaboratively and with a high degree of independence and initiative.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft suite programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Database/Access etc;
? The successful applicant will be required to submit a Satisfactory Code of Conduct.
Duties: (Included but not limited to)
? Health-related research projects.
? Pamphlet/Leaflet Development.
? Policy and planning development.
? Organization of information on the Shared Drive.
? Review, organize, scan and produce education resource materials.
? Plan/promote upcoming events.
? Updating and organizing department web pages.
? Revising electronic forms.
? Survey development for educational programs.
? Develop survey for Research purposes.
? Contact clients scheduled for Virtual visits for trial run and trouble shooting.
? Other related duties as required.
