Receptionist

If you are customer-focused, possess strong organizational abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Scheduling appointments
• Providing and upholding 5-star customer experience
• Having a positive attitude when dealing with customers
• Creating an inviting environment
• Addressing walk-in customers according to their needs.
• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
• Creating customer files
• Informing customers of updates on any changes that occur
• Performing administrative functions accurately and on time by actively listening and carefully following instructions and procedures
• Recording and documenting all important notes on work files
• Performing follow-up calls with customers. (After service, sales etc)

What You Will Bring:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
