Our EXCEL program has many exciting opportunities for Before and After School Child Care positions throughout the Sackville/Fall River/Eastern Shore. Pay, Hours & Perks: • Rate of pay is $18.28 per hour plus vacation pay. • EXCEL Group Leader positions are 5 days per week and require staff to be available 30 minutes prior to the end of the regular school day. While the start time of the Before/After school shift varies from site to site, most Before school shifts begin at 7:30am. Most After school shifts begin around 2pm. • Potential for additional hours • Children of EXCEL employees can attend the EXCEL program at no charge • Various paid training opportunities available including High Five, First Aid/CPR, Non Violent Crisis Intervention, Fundamental Movement Skills, etc. Requirements: • Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field • Knowledge of recreational programming • Must possess strong communication skills • Have ability to work as part of a team • High School Completion Certificate or equivalent Asset: • Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset Please refer to the attached job description for further details.
