Job Title: Forklift and Batching

Shifts: Days or Afternoons

Location: Burlington, ON

Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

Our client in Burlington is looking to hire Compounding Helpers or Walkie or Raymond Reach operators for their day, afternoon, and night shifts. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar manufacturing facility, operating Walkie and assisting with mixing/batching and material handling. Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Compounder with making customer batches
• Following written and verbal instructions
• Safely delivering raw materials to the line
• Keep inventory of raw materials and parts
• Communicate with warehouse and line staff about need for materials
• Operate Walkie safely around the facility
• Cleaning, moving, storing, and weighing totes
• General housekeeping and other general duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience in a compounding department as an asset
• Experience operating Walkie and Reach forklift as an asset
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced role
• Ability to follow instructions well
• Personable with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in warm, damp environment
