Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate a diverse range of recreational programs tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
• Facilitate activities that encourage participation and foster community spirit.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal resident engagement.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate records of participation and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Education in Recreation Programming
• Experience in recreation programming or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with seniors.
