Energy Efficiency Administrator

Hydro is committed to helping the people of our province save through energy efficiency programming; whether that's helping our customers use electricity more efficiently or making electric vehicles more accessible in our province, we are proud to be leading the way towards a greener future in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Delivery of our Electrification, Conservation and Demand Management (ECDM) programs are critical to achieving this objective. As an Energy Efficiency Administrator, you'll play a key role in the development and implementation of ECDM programs including working with external partners, retailers, and the general public in the delivery of education and awareness initiatives, as well as rebates which contribute to Hydro's electrification and energy efficiency goals.
The role exercises a high level of personal initiative and judgment in planning, organizing, and directing projects and assignments and must work independently. This person will serve as liaison with partners, external service providers, agencies, and stakeholders responsible for delivery of energy conservation and electrification programs. This role will be offered as fully remote once the probationary period is complete.
You have a bachelor's degree in Business, with a specialty in marketing/communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience, supplemented with a minimum of three years experience in the marketing field focused on program planning and implementation, promotion and coordination of multiple projects. You have strong interpersonal communication skills, a demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve, excellent attention to detail, act as an innovative and creative thinker, and are able to coordinate multiple projects and maintain positive relationships with internal, community and government partners. Experience in Energy Efficiency and or Electrification would be considered a definite asset.
