We are currently seeking a CRM Data Administrator to join the Firm's Marketing & Communications team based in our Halifax, NS office, with the option of a hybrid work arrangement.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The CRM Data Administrator is responsible for the sorting, assignment and ongoing management of CRM data record categories through the Firm's client relationship management software.
The successful candidate will remain up to date with all training required for CRM functions & data reporting and in turn, will act as the key point of contact with the Firm's management software on issues related to CRM. The CRM Data Administrator will also be responsible for ongoing and regular updates and maintenance of client data and lawyer relationships in the database.
Working collaboratively with lawyers, legal assistants and the Marketing & Communications team, the CRM Data Administrator will run reports, and provide / maintain client contact lists for a variety of marketing functions.
As part of a regional Marketing & Communications team, the CRM Data Administrator will support and further the Firm's objective of building and maintaining Stewart McKelvey as a pre-eminent law firm, comprised of excellent professionals providing the highest quality of cost-effective service.
If you possess a diploma in Data Analytics, have experience with database management, CRM software or large data sets, and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications with emphasis on Excel, we want to hear from you! Experience working in a professional services environment would also be considered an asset.
