Connors Transfer Limited, a division of Cookeis currently seeking an experienced Transportation Customer Service Representative for our growing team.
This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.
This challenging opportunity consists of
- Order entry and maintenance
- Scheduling pick up and delivery appointments
- Ensuring service levels are met
- Liaison between shippers, receivers, and our drivers
- Maximize utilization of resources in a cost effective manner
- Accessorial charge management
- OS&D tracking
- Other duties as assigned
Candidates should have
- Strong customer service focus
- At least 2 years Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry
- Strong communication skills
- Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
- Transportation weights and measures
- Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
- Experience managing OS&D and claims
