Work Location: Travel to all four provinces throughout Atlantic Canada.
As our summer student Mobile Kiosk Clerk, you are responsible for the day-to-day coordination, support, and execution of our Mobile Kiosk. You will be the primary driver of the vehicle to and from each event, on site set up and prep, selling our full suite of lottery products while serving as an Atlantic Lottery Ambassador. You will be responsible for Instant Ticket ordering, Inventory management, Cash Handling, Bank Deposits and Summary Reports. You will coordinate the Event Schedule and manage accommodation & rental car bookings if required. Aligning product focused promotional activity with on-site corporate activation will be a key responsibility. This will require you working with the sales team to ensure the lottery terminal has active promotions at each event. You will also work closely with our Digital Signage Specialist to ensure digital content is current and relevant to promotional activity as well as Event themes. The mobile truck will require regular maintenance (ie: oil change, fuel tracking etc) which will fall within your responsibility.

Planning Each Sponsored Event & Coordinate all Activity to be on site: Responsible for preparing the Summer Schedule of Events & work with Community Sponsorship Strategist to ensure all activity aligns with the Event theme.
Drive the Mobile Kiosk to Each Event: Prepare and stock the Mobile Truck for each event trip. Ensure it is road ready (safety checks, fuel tracking, oil changes, regular maintenance). Daily opening / set-up at each event and to close the truck each evening to secure it for the overnight hours. Prior to commencing, Driver's Defense training is a requirement. The truck measures 24.5' Length x 8' Wide x 10' High and weighs 2.32 tons.
Work the Mobile Kiosk: Ensure the mobile is opened for all required event hours. Must be knowledgeable of all Atlantic Lottery Online, Instant and Breakopen games and confidently sell all products to our players who visit the mobile truck to purchase and play our games.
Product Inventory & Cash Orders, Balancing, Reporting: Develop and maintain an order/ inventory process. Responsible for Instant and Breakopen daily inventory counts as well as Cash/Interact Deposits.
Promotional Planning & Activity: Responsible for the execution of Promotional Alignment for each Event. This includes the lottery terminal promotion as well as digital signage support of the promotion.
Travel Coordination: Identify the travel schedule and coordinate any required overnight hotel accommodations, rental car bookings while completing travel expense reports.
- 2+ years' experience in the Retail Environment.
- 2+ years' experience in Marketing or Hospitality.
- Lottery experience considered an asset.
- Drivers License with a Clean Drivers Abstract.
- Comfort level to drive a Ford Transit Event truck. Refer to Responsibilities section for exact measurements.

Education Requirements (Program of Study):
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in relevant discipline.
- By May 1, 2024, must be 21 years of age or older (to apply).
