Salary Range: $46,574 - $58,222 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
Reporting to the Faculty Administration Officer, the Projects Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Managing Director to support the Dean's Office and the Management Team on related aspects of the faculty's growth portfolio.
- Plan, coordinate, execute, and manage new pilot projects, programs and initiatives, and collaborations within UNB, and with external stakeholders and partners.
- Perform administrative tasks for new pilot projects, programs and initiatives. Track and report on status, progress, and success metrics.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver engagements and events with internal and external partners.
- Support outreach and in-reach activities with students, faculty, staff, within UNB, and with external stakeholders and partners to support community-building, including equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage website updates, social media and other marketing and communication aspects for the faculty.
- Perform other related duties as required.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination and working within a diverse organization with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
