BACHELOR OF HEALTH: INTEGRATED HEALTH INITIATIVE
UNB's Integrated Health Initiative is a comprehensive program that focuses on health education and research, social innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Bachelor of Health (BH) offers interdisciplinary courses and three majors: Biomedical Sciences and Health, Society and Health, and Management in Health.

YOUR FOCUS
- Reporting to the Associate Dean, Integrated Health, the Office Administrator provides support to faculty and students in the Bachelor of Health.
- Oversee faculty recruiting for the Bachelor of Health. Ensure that job postings follow UNB and HRDC guidelines.
- Manage files and access to secured SharePoint sites.
- Coordinate the flow of curriculum material from academic programs.
- Assist with CAE recruitment and contracts.
- Schedule meetings and prepare materials for monthly meetings of the Bachelor of Health Planning Committee and the Bachelor of Health Advisory Group.
- Prepare paperwork such as journal entries, hiring paperwork, and payment forms.
- Monitor budgets, circulate memos, draft correspondence, and request work orders.
- Coordinate social functions for the Bachelor of Health.
- Coordinate and advise on faculty processes such as hiring, assessments, sabbatical leaves, and teaching assignments.
- Monitor BH email and Teams chat. Respond to and direct queries.
- Provide administrative support to the Integrated Health Initiative.
- Provide support and information to faculty, staff, and students regarding university policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned by the Associate Dean, Integrated Health.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Post-secondary education in office management or administration.
- 3 years of previous experience working in an office setting, preferably within post-secondary.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Additional Strengths
- Previous experience using Colleague and/or Informer would be a strong asset.
- Proficient with Office 365 products.
- Experience working with financials.
