Position: Asset Management Support
Location: 5099 Creekbank Rd., Mississauga, On.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience
Job Status: Regular Full Time


Job Duties/Accountabilities

The successful candidate will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager, and will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Collection and Credit Analysis of the CASO Channel
  • Review and authorization of all product sales orders exceeding established credit limits
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives and Account Executives to decrease the risk of potential delay of product shipments due to past due balances
  • Follow up and investigation of customer inquiries pertaining to pricing issues, incorrect shipments etc.
  • Daily authorization/Release of credit/debit memos prior to billing
  • Creating new customer accounts in SAP
  • Special Reporting for High Volume Customers
  • Managing Customer Portals for issuing invoices; retrieving payments

Critical Qualifications/Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Retail and Supply Chain process would be an asset
  • Strong leadership skills, be proactive, is capable of making critical decisions
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excel – vlookups, pivot tables
