Position: Asset Management Support
Location: 5099 Creekbank Rd., Mississauga, On.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Job Duties/Accountabilities
The successful candidate will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager, and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Collection and Credit Analysis of the CASO Channel
- Review and authorization of all product sales orders exceeding established credit limits
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives and Account Executives to decrease the risk of potential delay of product shipments due to past due balances
- Follow up and investigation of customer inquiries pertaining to pricing issues, incorrect shipments etc.
- Daily authorization/Release of credit/debit memos prior to billing
- Creating new customer accounts in SAP
- Special Reporting for High Volume Customers
- Managing Customer Portals for issuing invoices; retrieving payments
Critical Qualifications/Competencies
- Minimum 2 years Accounts Receivable experience
- Knowledge of SAP Retail and Supply Chain process would be an asset
- Strong leadership skills, be proactive, is capable of making critical decisions
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excel – vlookups, pivot tables
