Inside Sales Representative
The successful candidate will have customer service or sales experience in a related industry, be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, be an outgoing, self-motivated, and, results-driven person who has above average attention to detail. Will possess excellent communication skills and are committed to providing leading-edge customer service. Knowledge of cutting tools and MRO industrial & safety products would be considered an asset. Post-secondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.

- Responding to inbound customer inquiries in person, over phone, and via email
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, sourcing product, and expediting
- Supporting outside sales team to meet and exceed needs of customers
- Providing excellent and quality customer service in person, over the phone and via email
- Providing coverage in the store front as required
