We are currently seeking a Department Administrative Assistant, Marketing to join our team based in our Halifax, Nova Scotia office.

The Opportunity:

Stewart McKelvey is currently recruiting for a Department Administrative Assistant, Marketing to support the firm's Marketing team.

Based out of our Halifax, NS office, the Department Administrative Assistant, Marketing will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Marketing teams processes, projects, events, sponsorships, and Request for Proposals (RFPs).

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for client and sponsorship events, such as receptions and seminars, including on-site assistance, sourcing and packaging giveaways.

The Department Administrative Assistant, Marketing will also assist with compiling the Firm's merchandise and client gift needs including placing and tracking inventory and orders, forecasting needs, sourcing new options that align with the Firm's values and budget, packaging and shipping, processing invoices, and organizing storage areas.

With proven administrative skills, the successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the departments invoices and statements, updating documents, communicating with vendors, and minor website updates.

If you are an organized and process-oriented administrative professional, with a high level of attention to detail, strong multitasking skills, the ability to prioritize tasks from various work providers, and enjoy working with others, we want to hear from you! Experience working in a professional services setting would be considered an asset.
