Lounsbury Chevrolet in Moncton is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.
The Service Advisor's role is to be the dealership's first point of contact with customers who are in for service. We are seeking a polite and friendly person that strives to provide good customer service.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys customer interaction and likes sales (without having to "hunt" for the sale).
- Greet customers upon arrive for their service appointment
- Discuss with customers the recommended or required services for their vehicle
- Gather and interpret information on vehicle condition from the Technicians in order to advise the customer on recommended or urgently required services and communicate this information in a professional manner
- Write up a detailed work order so the Technician knows what work needs to be done
- Explaining the benefits of services and the potential outcomes of postponing repairs to customers
- High school diploma or GED is required
- College diploma in business, marketing, or sales is an asset
- Previous experience in a sales role is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
- Strong interpersonal, customer service skills, and troubleshooting skills
- Good work ethic
