If you are looking for a dynamic organization this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager to lead our team in Saskatchewan. This position will be based out of our Saskatoon office and will oversee our Regina office.
The selected individual will be responsible for the effective management of a skilled service provider operation. The Branch Manager will be a valuable member of the company's management team and will collaborate with Head Office staff and Business Line Managers to drive overall Branch success.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company in the geographical market (Saskatchewan),
- Responsible for the growth of the business within the market,
- Responsible for the financial & operational results of the branch including key productivity indicators,
- Manage operational budgets,
- Responsible for local business development and customer relationships,
- Act with a high degree of urgency in resolving issues to ensure timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction,
- Responsible for ensuring adherence to establish business processes & procedures,
- Manage & support the business line teams within the Branch,
- Responsible for people-oriented activities including but not limited to employee engagement, development, and performance management, assist with recruitment and compensation,
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards and requirements, including health, safety & environment,
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and improvement initiatives,
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain administration to manage local inventory, source and qualify vendors, goods, and services.
Experience & Skills:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent training
- Ten (10) years job-related experience including several years at the supervisory or management level
- Familiarity with petroleum dispensing equipment and related services would be an asset.
- Strong financial acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to lead and engage a team of skilled trades employees and drive performance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team focused, deadline-driven environment
- Skilled at influencing, persuading, and negotiating
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with technology
- Excellent customer service
