We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Saint John NB, as a: Junior Marketing Associate
As a Marketing Associate you are a creative individual who has above average attention to detail and advanced written and verbal communication skills. You can work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong focus on communication, execution and results. As a subject matter expert, you place high importance on defining and measuring activity performance to drive continual improvement.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Associate's is primarily responsible for planning and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns. They work with the Marketing Manager to create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet targets.

• Work with internal subject matter experts and external partners to coordinate and produce integrated marketing campaigns to gain new customers and build repeat business.
• Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
• Execute, monitor and measure marketing campaigns and their success
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
• Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Post-secondary education, preferably a bachelor's degree in business or related discipline and major in Marketing
• Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A desire and aspiration to learn about and implement new digital tools to improve processes and capabilities
• Ability to work under high pressure and provide creative and innovative solutions often is required
