About the role
We're looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Claims Management Services to join our growing team!
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide support for travel and credit card claims with the ability to act decisively and a high degree of autonomy. This role can be based out of our Mississauga ON, Moncton NB, Dartmouth NS or St. John's NL office and requires flexibility to work shifts between the working hours are 8-8pm EST M-F and Sat 9-5pm EST.

Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
  • 1 year experience in a call centre environment (in a queue) is preferred or previous customer service experience with a proven history of strong customer focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual in French is required
  • Insurance industry experience is beneficial
  • Degree/Diploma in a relevant field and/or professional qualification
  • Experience within a changing environment and a process improvement mindset
  • You are enthusiastic and excited to enroll and take the path towards completion of the CIP designation.

Flexible Work Arrangements
Starting in March, team members can choose whether to work at the office or work from home (minimal exceptions where role required in office). In May, we will introduce our flexible hybrid approach which will give us all the best of both worlds. Time spent in office will be guided by each team's need for in-person connections. There will be no minimum/maximum days spent requirements.
