Halifax Water is hiring for the job of Office Assistant II. This regular opportunity, in the General Manager's Office, has full time hours and reports to the Manager of Human Resources.

As an Office Assistant II, you will:
- Provide administrative services for the applicable department.
- Schedule meetings
- Take minutes of meetings
- Assist in records management
- Schedule and Track training
- Track employee recognitions
- Order office supplies
- Assist with administration of recruitment and Labour relation functions
- Support organizational events
To do this job, you need:
- Grade 12 plus a Business / Secretarial Certificate from a recognized educational institution.
- Three years related secretarial experience.
- Previous experience working in an HR environment would be considered an asset.
