Halifax Water is inviting applications for one (1) Full Time Regular Engineering Technologist II (Project) in the Engineering Project Section of the Engineering and Technology Services Department.

Responsibilities

As a core member of an Infrastructure Team, the successful incumbent will perform technical duties relating to the design and construction management of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure expansion, renewal, rehabilitation and maintenance.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications for this position include a Civil Engineering Technologist Diploma (or equivalent related engineering and surveying courses) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction inspection and supervision of civil engineering projects. This position requires the incumbent to be a registered member or eligible for membership in TechNova as Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.). One must also possess a valid drivers' license.
