The City of Moncton is currently accepting applications for Probationary Firefighter positions in the Fire Department to become a member of the Fire Department's Emergency Response Team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the combating, extinguishing and prevention of fires, the safety of life, property and the environment. The candidate is also responsible to provide emergency medical services, rescue, hazardous materials response as well as other related emergency services.
