Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Security Analyst - Policy and Governance will be involved in the planning, implementation, administration, support, and delivery of IT Security Policies and Governance for our global operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)
  • Develop, implement and maintain IT Security and related policies.
  • Ensure technology and platform compliance with policies through monitoring, governance and continual analysis.
  • Identify and recommend actions to address vulnerabilities in the computing environment or inconsistencies in existing security processes.
  • Define application-level control procedures as needed.
  • Assist with and perform internal IT Security Audits.
  • Research security enhancements and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Own and modify appropriate system configuration settings; establish best practices and maintenance standards for assigned systems.
  • Develop and upkeep of documentation for all responsible environments. Perform official change control as necessary.
  • Acts as subject-matter expert (SME) and provide after-hour support and on-call support as required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Enterprise Policy creation and maintenance.
  • Experience with enterprise information security.
  • Experience delivering content and training to large groups.
  • Strong customer service and oral/written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and produce results, given general priorities, required.
  • Demonstrated self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and stay organized.
  • Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
