What you will be doing…
You will enhance, develop and manage the delivery of support services within the Student Services department. You are an experienced manager who will contribute directly to the campus by leading and supporting a team responsible for providing a wide range of core services. These include registration and enrolment services, counselling and wellness, accessibility (disability) services, learning support, career and employment services, financial support services, and student life/engagement. You will support recruitment, strategic enrolment management and student success. As a leader, you have a strong commitment in supporting and modeling competency in diversity and inclusion programming and practices. You will be a part of campus management team and a provincial Student Services management team. In this role, you will report directly to the Principal with functional accountability to the Director of Student Services.

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:
- The minimum educational qualification for this position is a master's degree in a relevant discipline such as social work, counselling, education, adult education, non-profit management or business.
- You have a minimum of five years of relevant occupational experience in a similar student services role, with significant experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
- You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail, Microsoft Teams. Experience with Cognos and PeopleSfot would be considered an asset.
- You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology to create an exceptional student experience
- You have experience in training/facilitation preparation, delivery and evaluation
