We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Saint John, NB as a:
Customer Solutions Project Manager
As a Customer Solutions Project Manager you will be focused on implementing Solutions. This will require working directly with end-user customers as well as internal stakeholders; including: sales, supply chain operations and finance. You are a highly detailed individual with strong business acumen. You are passionate about customer service. You are a leader that can influence and negotiate. Travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Manage/ Implement Vendor Managed Inventory solutions across Canada
  • Work with branches on inventory planning
  • Quarterly Business Reviews preparation for key accounts
  • Pre-sale customer solution design to support sales teams
  • CribMaster technology expert
  • Process Improvement focus on solution implementations
  • Limited travel to customer sites is required for implementations

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business/commerce or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Project management experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Results-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong excel skills would be an asset
  • CribMaster software experience is an asset
  • PMP Designation would be considered an asset
  • Lean Six Sigma/Process Improvement would be considered an asset
